About OSISTL

Who We Are

Orthopedic Spine Institute of St. Louis provides patient‑first spine care for adults of all ages throughout Greater St. Louis. We start conservatively, explain every option in plain language, and reserve procedures for when they’re truly appropriate. When symptoms persist, we discuss all the options for surgical care.  This empowers you in making the best decision for you.  Options often include minimally invasive surgery (MISS), motion sparing procedures such as lumbar and cervical disc replacements.

Our goal is simple: less pain, better movement, and a confident return to work, sport, and everyday life.

How We Practice

Every visit begins with listening. We learn how your pain started, what makes it better or worse, and how it affects your day. We review prior imaging when available and order studies only when they change the plan.

Many patients do well with targeted activity guidance, therapy, and focused relief such as lumbar injections or Class IV laser. When symptoms persist, we discuss minimally invasive procedures—including MISS and cervical total disc replacement—so you can choose the path that best fits your goals.

Why Patients Choose Us

With more than 30 years of experience in St. Louis, our surgeon‑led team pairs modern techniques with a conservative‑first philosophy. Same‑week appointments, clear communication, and HIPAA‑secure digital forms keep your experience smooth from the first call to follow‑up.
